在“支持中心”一栏,选择菜单“故障单”(Trouble Tickets)。

查看故障单状态

当您打开一个故障单时,系统会给您发一封邮件,包含一个单号,在列队中等待技术人员处理。使用单号您可以在我们的技术支持网站SupportIndeed.com,或是在控制面板查看您所提交的问题的状态。为了保证客户服务的质量,单号系统和所有沟通都由我们训练有素的督导人员监控。
